Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

This company called my 83 year old father-in-law and asked if he needed braces (knee, back, etc.), he said he hung up on them and didn’t give them any info. A few days later he received a box of braces. No one answers any of the numbers provided so we can get a return label. I have left 3 messages so far today. I am not sure if he is out any money yet. Not sure if they are trying to get money from Medicare or him. I get these same calls too and just hang up and block them. He doesn’t have a smart phone, so I’m not sure if he can block them. He wouldn’t know how to do it if he could anyway. When you look up this company online there are three complaints stating the same thing that has happened to my father-in-law. It is so frustrating to see a company take advantage of the elderly. The paperwork enclosed states they have a No Hassle Return & Refund Policy (30 Days Return Policy).
