Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

This person by the alias of Quincy Joy Goulet sent me an email regarding a Job opportunity, this person said she/him runs a Real estate business in Europe and that will soon open a branch in the USA, but they already have a few customers in USA whom will purchase service and product from them. Also stated that they would like to work with me and that would do a formal contract once they establish their operations here in the US.

I received a Check from a Company stated as KONA LTD, supposedly located in the 1302 west avenue, Austin, TX, 78701-2471. This check is headed JPMorgan Chase bank, N.A, Dallas TX with the amount of 2,453.95. Along with the check there was an invoice from ABC arquitectura modular, S.L. located at Avda. Ausias March, S/N Poligono industrial Cap de L’Horta Pobla de Vallbona, Valencia 46185, ES. I was advised to cash the check, deduct 10% and send the rest to this Person.
