Refinance loan approval pending $515.00 processing fee to a law firm named, Dolphin Solutions LLC., 601 So Figueroa St Ste 4050, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Cashier Check sent via UPS overnight. Upon receipt of said $515.00, Abbey Financials added a closing cost fee of $4,080.00 required in order to approve said loan. I was unable to pay said fee and requested a refund of the $515.00 fee, at which time a Mr. Brian Cooper with Abbey Financials refused to pay back my $515.00. In order to resolve this issue, I wish receipt of said money refunded back to me.

This company approve me for a loan, the day before I was to receive a check I needed to produce a cashiers check of $514.00, for lawyers fee. then I need to send a 1000.00 cashiers check for closing cost. the day they was suppose to send me a check, I was notified that they needed a check for $1965.00 for 3 months of payment, They claim that I would receive everything back, when they send my check. one days before the check was to be release, I was told that I needed to send a check for $1365.00 for taxes and insurance. I felt that this was just a scam to keep getting money from me.
