Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have made a purchase from this website and recieved a confirmation in my email showing where I had paid x amount for the items and stated to return to the page for updates and for tracking which every time it has been refreshed it has not changed or shown any progress in the shipping. I have also contacted the website as it says to for any questions or concerns and still haven’t recieved any responce after e-mailing them on more than one occation.

Note : I purchased items June 29, 2019 it is now : July 8, 2019.
