My Story
Meet Grover!
Grover is a 7-month-old Lab mix, weighing 36 pounds, who was rescued alongside his siblings, and is ready to find his forever home
Grover may be small, but he’s got big dog spirit, and a Labrador personality! He loves chasing balls, playing tug of war, fetching and chewing up sticks, and swimming in the baby pool. He is an outdoor boy, and loves sunbathing, or stalking and pouncing on grasshoppers and other bugs. He can spend hours in the bushes chasing lizards. He has done well with all other dogs he has met, and all humans he has met including kids. He does not care for cats and would do better in a home without cats.
Grover is house and crate trained. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night, and can be left alone up to 6-8 hours and will snooze or entertain himself chewing on toys. When he is tired he melts into his human’s lap for snuggles, and rolls on his back for tummy scratches.
With his delightful mix of playfulness and affection, Grover is sure to capture your heart from the moment you meet him. He loves exploring his surroundings, playing with toys, and cuddling up for some quality snuggle time. Grover dreams of a loving family who will provide him with plenty of love, care, and exciting adventures.
