My Story

Welcome to Hilton(‘s bio), a 4-month-old black domestic shorthair kitten who’s still checking in to the world of people! This shy little guy has lived with other cats and dogs, making him well-versed in the art of hospitality. Though he’s still getting comfortable with his human guests, Hilton is gradually warming up and will soon be ready to offer you five-star affection. With a little patience and TLC, Hilton will make your home feel like a cozy suite. If you’re ready to roll out the red carpet for a sweet, reserved companion, Hilton is eager to make your acquaintance and settle in as your loyal guest.
Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status ( cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All  cats and  kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all  cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
