My Story
Makamae is a beautiful young momma cat who has done a tremendous job raising her babies. Even though her kittens (Cenny and Kallis) have been weaned for several weeks she is still doting on and chirping to them – she is the sweetest!
Makamae means precious in Hawaiian and she embodies that in all ways – her heart, her appearance and her behavior! She is loving and gentle people and other cats and is learning to be accepting of her foster sibling dog though she is still a little wary. She enjoys perching on windowsills and ledges and loves watching birds, lizards and bugs on the catio. Makamae is ready for a forever home where she can be cherished and allowed to be a silly playful kitten. Makamae would love to go home with with one of her kittens.
Adoption Application – http://fs17.formsite.com/cofas/catform/
All of our cats and kittens are fostered in homes so we know their personalities. They are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, up to date on shots, microchipped, de-wormed, and on flea preventative. Our goal is to match our fosters with the best home possible.
The adoption fees for our felines are as follows: $150 for kittens (or 2 for $250); $100 for adult cats (or 2 for $170); and $75 each for our special seniors/FIV+ kitties. Please email [email protected] for more information.
