My Story
Stella (and her sister Luna) are in the home stretch of raising a total of 10 kittens together! The momma cats have helped each other through so much and we would love for them to be adopted together, to relax into a much-needed loving home! Both mommas are affectionate, gentle in spirit with their humans, and very devoted mothers.
In late March, two bonded sisters Stella and Luna each gave birth to five kittens. Both mommas and the one week old babies were rescued from an apartment complex, where they had been abandoned. Mommas were malnourished and dehydrated but with the help of HHS clinic personnel and TLC from their foster family, they quickly improved. Stella and Luna coparent all 10 kittens, who have flourished and thrived.
Stella and Luna will be ready for their forever homes in June. Reach out if you’d like to meet any member of this Delightful Dozen in their foster home: Danielle, Dean, Dawn, Daniel, Donna, Donnie, Dinah, Duncan, Dennis, Dante, Stella and Luna at https://hhsanimals.org/cat-adoptions/. When asked on application what animals are you interested in, write “Stella & Luna & kittens”.
