My Story
Pastel (Patsy) is a 7 year old bichon frise. She was originally adopted from us a few years ago and recently returned due to her owners declining health. We can tell Patsy’s old mom loved her very much as she looks like a completely different than when she left. She left a very scared puppy mill survivor with patchy hair and stained fur to now being a chunky little girl. She is understandably scared here at the shelter, but her owner said she does well with kids and is house-trained. We don’t think she would have any issues with other dogs. She is spayed and current on vaccinations and preventatives.
