My Story
My name is Thorton. I am a male short haired brown and black ticked tabby. I was born on July 10, 2023. My mom and littermated were an owner surrender to the county shelter. There are six of us boys.
We were moved to a Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue foster home to stay with until we were ready for adoption. We had the best momma who was sweet and loving to the six of us boys. We were alot to feed. Momma could not keep up the feeding. She was getting very tired. So, momma left to get some rest and gain some weight while we stayed in foster care until we were ready to go to the cat cafe. We were very excited to go to the cafe. We heard there was going to be alot of people to meet us and take us to our new home for life. Of course we all love each other very much and it would be wonderful if get adopted as pairs. Our momma is a tigress named Thema.
Thema’s babies were born on July 10, 2023. There are 6 boys Thomas, Thatcher, Theo, Thorton, Theodore and Thorpe.
Here is what my foster mom says about me: “Thorton is a super entertaining. He steals the show eveyday. He is quite the character. He is the last of Thema 6 boys to get adopted. They were all going out as pairs and we let Thomas go and left his best friend Thorton. Big mistake on our part because Thornton was very depressed without is 5 brothers. He has developed his own character and is one of our favorite personalities at the cafe.”
We have dozens of cats and kittens available! All our adoptable cats are located at the Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US 1). Visiting the cafe is a great way to find your perfect kitty. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.
