I received a mailer from this company for home cleaning services, I went to their website for more information. I clicked on a link for an "instant online quote" I filled out the required information and instead of a quote it tells me I have scheduled an "in home" quote for later in the week. There is no email address on the website to contact them. The email I received confirming this appointment was a NO REPLY email so I couldn’t respond that way either. I finally had to call and when I expressed my concerns about the way they hooked me in on this they just ignored it as no big deal. They said they cancelled the appointment but I will have to wait and see. I am retired and live on a fixed income and believe this is a very deceptive way of trying to pressure me in to buying their services rather than providing a quote as it stated it would.
