trying to determine if rental company is legime red flags to me they say house is pet friendly all other sites say no/person emailing me has the worst writing skills misspelling using words out of context etc/house is much cheaper than other sites/check in and check out times are way different than other sites/must have all money paid to them at least 4 months prior to my vacation time
