Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order for an outdoor jungle gym type thing from this website that was advertising their flash sale on Facebook. Right afterward I received an email saying that my payment had posted successfully and that they had to arrange my order and would email me again once it shipped with the tracking number and then also mentioned that most orders are delivered within 3 business days. After a few days of not receiving that email I emailed the email address that they had listed for if we had any problems or questions with the order and got an auto reply message back saying that I needed to contact the website that I made the purchase from.i then went back to the website and saw that they’re contact info was fake.
