On November 1, 2019 I paid STICKER BOMB $7.64 for 50 stickers that they advertised on Instagram. I never got the stickers and they will not respond to any of my emails. There is no phone number to call this fake company. The order number is ORDER #***. I am having a very hard time filling in the fields on this form because the scammer’s company doesn’t list the information on their website.

On my Instagram newsfeed, as a sponsored business, they were advertising a sale. I clicked on the “shop now” link and was directed to the website. I purchased a sticker and after my purchase I was told I would receive a text confirmation. I never did. This was on 8/17/2019. A couple days later I emailed the merchant to check the status of my order. I got no reply. I sent a couple more and asked for a refund. No reply. I reported the website on Instagram. I did research on the company and other people were discouraging purchasing anything through them because they were charged and never received product.
