Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 3 bracelets from this company online and never received the order and they do not respond to emails. Come to find out on their Facebook page that their are hundreds of people who have placed orders with them using there credit cards and did not receive their orders either. They have also tried to contact the company through email and have not gotten a response either. I have tried several times to email the company and tried to contact them on Facebook with no response. There are a lot of customers on the companies Facebook page who are very angry about this. The company has no address and no telephone number to be found. So basically they have gotten their hands on many people’s credit card numbers and home addresses to do who knows what with! The worst part is they make memorial jewelry so the people who are buying this on there website are people who have lost loved ones like myself and instead of receiving what they ordered they get their credit card info stolen instead! I am filing this complaint with you now because I have a feeling they are going to disappear after the holidays. A lot of the negative comments about them on the Facebook page they have already deleted. They have deleted hundreds of comments on their Facebook page since yesterday so that other unsuspecting people won’t see the negative feedback. I believe they are doing this just to get people credit card info!
