Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company states “hassle-free” returns in their policy page, but I’m trying to return the $87 worth of Yoga pants I purchased from them. They are thin, poorly made, too tight & too long. Not true to size at all. Their first reply was that return shipping would cost me too much & take too long. Then they offered me $5 stating the same things about shipping. Their last offer was $10. I’m sorry, but their product is terrible & I want my money back.
