Called the number and had to enter my debit card number, social security number, birth date and address

there is a text message but somehow I ended up calling the number the text came from. the other in answered Key Bank security and said there was a security matter with my banking and started asking me questions like my social security number and then my debit card number and then my birthday and then the 3 digit code on the debit card I have and then my postal numerical address and a few other things after which they said my debit card was reactivated and the security alert had been processed. I recorded the whole phone call.
