Dyson V10 Cordless Vacuum cleaner
Item was supposed to be sent via Fed X in 2-4 days. I tried emailing the site and received bounce mail as it not a valid email address.
I tried calling the number listed and left multiple email w/o no reply. I opened a case with PayPal they finally sent back a bogus UPS tracking number. I opened a claim with UPS and the tracking number was for some else different name and address.
My Papal case is still pending to try to get my $199.99 refund.
This is a NON- US seller but Web site say they are from Salt Lake City UT.
I did a google search for phone number (989) 272-1764 and found another fraudulent site https://idroneusa.com/ using a different bogus address.
I also found another case on the ScamPulse.com from xdystore.com where PayPal sided with the crooks. They provide Pay Pal with a bogus tracking number
I am VERY concerned over my claim. I found complaints for web site xdystore.com on the Better Business Bureau Wed site similar to my claim. They filed a complaint about xdystore.com and PayPal where the vendor supplied a bogus tracking number.
