Type of a scam Online Purchase

I tried to contact this person via tge chaincandy.com website, email and by paypal. I have reason to believe this person is scamming a lot more people than me. First, i havent received my order i made in mid december there was no confirmation email. Luckily, I paid with paypal and my issue is being looked into with them as well. The contact us link on the chaincandy.com website does not work and upon further investigation this person also has an account on amazon to lure more customers with no option for reviews. Pleae investigate.
