Bought eyelash on April 9th. Sent 5 emails asking where my product is without any specific answer. I asked for a refund since I have not received the product. I asked PayPal to get involved and they closed the case after a few days stating the company told them the product is enroute.apparently there are many others and when I went to give bad review on Facebook to warn others, it was erased

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a braided headband with attached bangs from Brilliaire in April 2020. After waiting more than the expected time to receive it, I used the tracking number provided. No shipment was on record, even though they had emailed me to say it was on it’s way. Since then, I have read many consumer comments saying Brilliaire is a scam operation. I want my money back.
