Contacted via email after I applied online for administrative assistant job. Asked to contact this person through Google Hangouts for interview and all correspondence. Was offered a job through email on letter head. Then was told check would be sent to me to purchase the equipment needed tonwork from home until office close to me was completed. Check came via FedEx for $4910.99. I was told to deposit it in my personal account and when funds became available they would tell me how to proceed with where to purchase the specific equipment. When the check arrived, I became very suspicious. I contacted this person through Google Hangouts and told him inwas not comfortable with this, because some of their process seemed fishy… immediately his account was deleted it blocked.
