My Story

Location – Currently still in Texas, but cost to transport to an approved adopter is included in his adoption fee.
Phelps is a precious, playful puppy still looking for his people. Phelps is currently located in east Texas part of another unwanted litter of puppies. When you meet Phelps you will love him instantly, he is curious but cautious. He will run up to play out of curiosity. The way to his heart is through his stomach, this boy loves to eat and just a few treats, you’ll be besties. Phelps is good with other dogs, loves running and exploring.
If Phelps’ is anything like his mother, she has a glowing temperament, wonderful with all people, children, other dogs, and cats. She looks very much like a very petite shepherd or kelpie mix and weighs only 40ish lbs. This litter of puppies is also on the petite side, and we believe that they will most likely take after their mother and be similar to her medium stature. Every puppy from this litter that was lucky enough to score a foster home thus far has received raving complements from their fosters. Their fosters report to us that they are extremely smart puppies, with great dispositions. All in foster homes have picked up potty training quickly for their young age and are very much people pleasers. We know that Phelps will shine once in a home and that there is a family out there who will feel incredibly lucky for him to complete them.
**Note – R2H enforces a strict spay/neuter policy. All pets adopted from R2H must be spay/neutered. An additional spay/neuter deposit applies to all pets that are adopted prior to being altered.
