My Story
Friendly, Serene, Loving
Who’s that girl with the regal bearing and shiny coat? It’s Periwinkle, a bicolor beauty who’s ready to find her family!
Periwinkle is happy to be your lap cat, but also an independent girl. She appreciates attention – especially in the form of pets – but is equally able to entertain herself. Her favorite relaxation spot is the windowsill. Periwinkle finds these openings to the outside world a fascinating way to watch the flora and fauna (birds especially delight her) that inhabit her domain while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors.
If you stroke her soft head or rub her cute little chin, she’ll reward you with pleasant purrs. Periwinkle’s favored vocalization, however, is a dovelike coo. It’s one of her unique traits that has earned her the nickname of “Birdy” in her foster home. The other is her previously-mentioned affinity for watching birds.
Periwinkle has such a pleasing personality that she’d likely do well in any sort of household. She is still a kitten, just a loooong noodle of a kitten. Give her a chance with slow introductions and she’ll learn how to be friends.
