My Story
5 year old Noble is a shy boy until he gets to know you. He is looking for an adopter who is willing to go slower with him in the beginning until he feels comfortable and shows you his silly side.
Noble has previously lived with children and CATS.
He recently got to spend the afternoon outside of the shelter with a volunteer: “Noble was the perfect dog today at the park for our dog day out. He’s shy & timid at first but I would encourage potential adopters to spend an afternoon with him because once he warms up he’s awesome!! He is great at riding in the car & jumps right in when the door is opened for him, laying quietly in the back during the ride. He did very well on a leash and had a normal amount of interest in small animals and other dogs.
When we stopped and put a blanket down, he laid down with us and even came up to snuggle! He’s a little bit shy/skittish when people quickly come up to his face and around loud, strange noises, but after about an hour together he was showing us his belly for pets and rolling around in the grass.
He seemed happy to run around in the park on his leash or lay down quietly and could likely do well with humans of various activity levels. I would 100% recommend adopting this dog to my family or friends – he will be a great companion!”
He would like to meet any potential canine siblings before heading home to make sure that it’s a good match.
He is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and ready to go home with you!
His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
*Rosie Fund is providing Noble’s adopter with a Rosie Life Starter Kit, which includes a collar and leash, ID tag, food, treats, toy, and KCPP $25 gift card for other enrichment items.
