They stated that I applied for unemployment in Nevada. I have never lived or been to Nevada. My HR department confirmed they have not received any written response from any other states for my name. This is the second unemployment paperwork I have received. I submitted a scam already for a commonwealth of Virginia for unemployment too. So now two different states sending me paperwork for unemployment.
