With her uniquely stunning features and sweet, affectionate personality, Molly is an extraordinary companion. She can live with dogs, cats, and kids with ease, making her the perfect pet for just about any family. At 1 year old, and only 40 lbs, she’s the perfect medium size for couch cuddling!
Incredibly affectionate, loving, and loyal, Molly loves her trusted humans with her whole being. While she does love being with her humans, she’s also happy to entertain herself outside, play with doggy friends, or playing with her toys.
Her recent DNA test reveals that she is a unique mixture of multiple breeds including German Shepherd, Pitbull, and even some Rottweiler. This mixture has given her the most adorable, expressive features. Her eyebrows cannot be beat.
Molly is extremely dog-friendly and will do well with all sizes and temperaments. She is excellent at reading doggy body language and will respect the space of an older dog. She previously lived with a senior chihuahua who didn’t like to interact, and she was great at respecting her. She is currently fostered with an alpha male, a playful female, and a calm female, and was able to integrate with them all very quickly.
She has lived with cats more than once, so we know she is cat-friendly as well. She is a bit interested in playing with the cat, so she would need a dog savvy cat if she lives with one. She currently lives with 4-year-old and 14-year-old kids and she loves them both. She doesn’t jump on the little one or pester him, and she loves giving lots of kisses.
After her owner tragically and suddenly passed away, Molly spent a month in board-and-train so she could learn all the foundational skills. She knows “sit,” “down,” “come,” “leave it,” and she can be lured. She is crate trained and potty trained. As an added bonus, her adoption will include a few in-person or virtual training sessions with her trainer!
On leash, she will sometimes pull a little, but with a front-clip harness or gentle leader she is much better. She is not reactive on leash and will happily accompany you to dog-friendly places. She does get carsick, but some Dramamine and an empty stomach will solve that. She is otherwise perfectly behaved on car rides.
Molly is an incredible companion, just waiting for you to choose her. She just needs a loving human and a fenced yard to be happy. Click apply so we can set up a meet and greet!

*WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health.
*To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs.
The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program, prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!
Three Little Pitties Rescue just celebrated our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 11,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes.
