My Story

Beautiful Lula is an approximately 3 year old GORGEOUS shepherd mix. She is loving life in an amazing foster home and now ready for the next chapter of her life- a wonderful home of her own!!
Lula is described by her foster mom as “One of the smartest dogs I’ve ever met!” She has learned to ring a bell by the door, to signal when she has to go potty outside. Lula is not reactive at all to the cats in the home, and loves the other dog dearly. Lula loves snow, and would just lay outside for hours if you let her! She loves dog beds, comfy blankets, and laying next to another dog. Oh…please don’t tell her she’s not a lap dog, because she thinks she is!! Lula is a big gal, absolutely beautiful, and such a lovely soul. She has been recently groomed and ready for an amazing home that will continue to give her the care her foster family has! Lula’s adoption fee is $125.

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am – 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance.
If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
