DOG’S DESCRIPTION: Meet Felicia, a young, sweet soul whose heart is filled with love and loyalty. She is very smart and knows some commands. She is also housebroken. Felicia is as friendly as they come and she gets along great with other dogs. She’s loyal too and once she makes friends with you, you’ll be friends for life. Felicia adores attention and affection and she is ready to share her love with one lucky forever family. Felicia would thrive in a home with another dog and a yard to play in. Could it be yours? Submit an application today and give this beautiful girl a chance to have the loving home she deserves!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home. For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at [email protected]
