My Story
Welcome to PugHearts rescue Doran!
This handsome 5 year old is available for adoption immediately.
He’s still getting settled, but it’s clear he is a silly, playful guy who LOVES his toys.
He’s potty trained, and happy to sleep in his own bed or in yours.
He’s a quick learner who takes corrections well and just wants to be wherever you are.
He’s working on some excitable behaviors, like jumping and face licking.
He does have a bronchial collapse and will always cough occasionally- this tends to happen more when he’s excited.
There is a pill he can take as needed to help him with the coughing.
Hes healing from neuter and nares, as well as an umbilical hernia repair and will be in a cone for about a week.
His little butt is shaved because of a skin infection, which is healing nicely.
He’ll be even more good looking when the fur grows back in!
He gets along great with our senior pug.
We think he’d love a house with other dogs or kids!
Bonus: his teeth and tongue often get stuck in his life, resulting in some really goofy photos.
