My Story
Everyone loves DALE! He was a shelter favorite with the staff and all of the volunteers, but when it came time to catch potential adopters’ attention, he’s a lot more low-key and chillaxed than many of the louder, crazier, look-at-me dogs there and just always got overlooked. But anyone who has taken just a moment to get to know him, finds out he’s a big lover and enjoys the company of people and dogs alike. We don’t have him cat-tested yet but he is so chill it would not surprise us at all if he’s fine with them, too. He’s 8 years old and fully vetted.
Adoption fee covers: all vetting to age (including deworming, deflea etc ), spay/neuter and microchip after 6 months of age at our clinic, $60 rebate for completion of positive-based training classes, and lifetime support of rescue.

We do most application processing virtually and dog meets will be individually by appointment with ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS. We are not a shelter and are completely foster-based, so there is no central place to come see all of the dogs available.
PLEASE NOTE: If a dog is listed as Adoptable, he or she is still available at that time. Also, our adoption area is within a several hour radius of us in Rochester, NY (NOT including Canada – sorry!)
