We keep getting calls about fixing our PC computer, claiming to be from Windows telling us our computer has been hacked and that they want to fix it. In the past they have ruined our computer and we needed to have it reset by our tech relatives. We can no longer use Word. We hang up when they call now.

The last time when my husband refused to give them our computer information, they called back and called him names.

I am typing this for my mom. She is 86 years old and this company has fixed her computer in the past. Well, lets say she has paid for a service from this company. They have told her many stories when they call and they talk her into giving them her credit card information. Then my step dad finds out and every time they go to the bank and cancel the cards. They just got her again yesterday for about the 5th time (they get the cards canceled before they get any money out). She does not know the name of the company. I tried to call the number she gave me from her caller id. She said it says "Crystal" and the number is

657-230-7530

I tried to call the number and nothing happens, after about 1 minutes it beeps 3 times and hangs up.

They are of a foreign accent, so the call may be coming in from out of the country. She is going to try to get caller block feature put on her home phone.

This has gone on a long time and they got her to give them her info just last week and than again yesterday. They will not stop and she needs your help!!! Please. She lives in Illinois and it looks like the call is coming from Indiana.

Thank you in advance for anything you can do.

Blessings to you!
