Type of a scam Employment

I was hired on2/12/20 and payday was 3/12/20. I did not receive any money for my work! This is a shipping company. My job title was shipping inspector. I received pkgs from UPS and FEDEX, My job was to inspect item then ship bk to customer. I was told pay is monthly rate of $2600 plus bonuses for pkgs. I spoke with supervisor every day by phone email or dashboard. I did not pay any $ to start. I also filled out a W-4. This is awful!
