I ordered a SKLZ QB Trainer Pro Portable Passing Trainer for my Nephew on this site back on March 16th of this year 2020 for $53.68. I received the package roughly a month later. They sent surfical masks. I contacted customer service and they agreed to resend the Trainer Pro. After another month and an invalid tracking number I asked to be refunded. I was offered a $60 credit. Here is email. Hi, I’m so sorry the package was lost. To solve the problem better. How about we offer you $60 coupon that you can deduct when you place new order. After the 20 days was up I contacted them again and was told this was their busy season. I still have not received a refund after requesting that this be expedited. It has been 36 days and this transaction has been going on Since March.
