My Story
He really is a friendly little ghost! He weighs about 30lbs and has a beautiful tan and cream colored coat on his terrier build. He’s such a sweet little guy that’s estimated to be between 3-5 years old, but he does take a while to warm up to new people and new places due to his skittish personality.
Casper would do well in a quiet home without young kids. He doesn’t mind furry companions, but he doesn’t really act like he would care either way.
Casper does not like sudden movement or loud noises and thrives on having a little cozy hiding spot of his own when he’s feeling overwhelmed. He is crate trained and house trained. He does like to steal socks and other clothes or blankets once in a while to chew on, but as long as we stay stocked up on the dog toys and elk antlers, he easily entertains himself with this instead.
Overall, Casper will make an excellent calm companion with a little curiosity and the sweetest snuggles. He will take a few home visits to warm up to potential homes and get acquainted to his new person(s).
If you’re interested in meeting this little guy, please submit an application at www.rescueahart.org!
