Type of a scam Phishing

Tonight I got a call from a number that I didn’t recognize so I let the answering machine pick up. The male waited several seconds and then said "Is Alison there?" then hung up. After I googled the phone number, I found out that it’s from the Albertville area and that this person has been calling people claiming to solicit donations from the AL police however when they said "YES" they would donate, the caller hangs up. It’s suspected as being on of the recorded "Yes" scams. Just thought you would like a phone number. Google search says it’s listed to someone named Kendra Williams on Miller St. in Albertville.
