My Story
This handsome guy is Dusty!
Dusty is an approximately 18-month old male German Shepherd mix who weighs around 60 lbs. He was found by the side of a road unable to walk. X-rays showed a broken hip. He has had surgery and made a remarkable recovery and continues to improve!
Dusty is full of playful energy and needs another playful dog about his size in the home or an active family/individual who will give him lots of attention and exercise. He LOVES walks! He is great with other dogs!
Dusty is a very friendly and affectionate boy! He is motivated by treats and positive reinforcement and would be an easy dog to train!
Dusty is house and crate trained, but in a new environment, he may need continued assistance with house-training. He does best with a harness or Easy Walker type harness.
Dusty is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $225.
