Type of a scam Tech Support

I received a phone call from a company called Cyberquest. He also mentioned Microsoft. Caller identified himself as Roger Miller. He had an accent. Mentioned someone is sending material from my computer without my permission. He said I am the only one to stop them. He said the United states Government gave them permission to handle this. He tried to inflict fear and intimidation. He wanted me to go to my computer. He asked when I would be home to be at my computer. Wanted me to call him when I was at my computer. Phone number 201-021-0023 was in my caller ID. I was suspicious when he mentioned the Government. Mentioned he was was in New York City. I could hear a phone bank in the background. Stated they could shut down my service. He became very angry. I did not give any passwords or pay any money.
