Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I’m not sure that they’re really a scam the first phone call was supposedly the credit bureau Experian from Florida phone number 904-572-0476 then I was contacted by Mr Kim Rowe he said he could put all my credit card debt on one bank card and have 0% to 5% interest and no monthly fee for $300 a month payment for a $6,000 one-time fee I’ve been trying to find out if this is legitimate or not
