The letter shows to be from Care Ambulance Service. Was for an invoice a medical transport to a hospital and I have never been to CA. They are pig backing off www.careambulance.net, Payonline address (www.careambulance.net/payonline) and re directs to a fake domain (https://secure.usaepay.com/interface/epayform/8PdduNNvTsClqa0u9QhYi6xy4WAp3VD4)…⇄ The highlighted is where they would get the money whomever fall for this fake invoice.
