Type of a scam Online Purchase

This Alpha Primal XL company scammed me out of $190. They supposedly have a free trial of their product. I signed up for this product from the Facebook app. In their advertisement it says nothing about a trial period or membership. They ask for your bank account information & address. After giving them my information, they failed to send me a receipt of purchase email receipt. So I could contact the company if I had any questions or concerns. I had no information for them being that the business was an ad & once I gave them my personal information, it would be the last correspondence that I had with them until August 22, a whole month later. In which then, they failed to mention the fact they were deducting almost $200 from my bank account fraudulently. When I confronted a sales representative about the fact that I never received any email confirmation from them. I looked through my files & found that I never got any type of email from the company until a month and a half after the transaction. The representative told me that they sent emails out, but there’s no proof in my email of y’all them sending me any correspondence, not even for my purchase made that 1st day. So I asked the representative for their email address so I could check my email folder for spam messages that I might have ignored. No existence of them corresponding with me.
