Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received this letter in the mail from them requesting $185 stating "please pay the minimum amount due by the due date." I called the listed 800-370-1990 number and the automated machine stated that the policy was cancelled. I have not had a policy with this policy number or through this company and I have not signed up for any policy. The policy number on the letter is RIN 3642429 Agent: Geico Insurance Agency. I feel that this is deceptive as it presents itself as a policy that I have.
