They hacked my computer with a message telling me that my computer was at harm. It was like a MicroSoft company warning but they are not really a part of Micro Soft as I found out later. They took me for $800 and said that if I was not satisfied that within 60 days I could get my money back but they never refunded me my money. I contacted them within the time limit and many times after that but they never refunded my money. I contacted Micro Soft and talked to them and they confirmed that they are not clients working for them/nor associates of their company. They even now have copied Micro Soft’s website look a like screen so if it now appears on your screen instead of a phone number to call it really looks like Micro Soft. Don’t be scammed by them contact Micro Soft. Check for your computer windows updates and make sure they are update to current and there are no errors or pending update to your windows. That is what caused my problems and caused them to hack my computer. Micro Soft only cost $150 to help you and provide a full year of protection. Always have a account with them it is free to open an account with them. They even had me fill out a ScamPulse.com page before I left there website while they were watching to give them a good report when I was purchasing the protection from them. That I did not like either. So ScamPulse.com you should be able to find it in your records and when you do please delete it for me because I do recant it now. They told me their corp. office is located in Calf. and the tech. supports are in Tenn. That is all I have about the address. I do not have a image of what I received just the phone number that popped up is what I have reported above. If you see call this number : 1-866-563-2561 do not call it, it is a scam.
