Dr. Oz and Oprah advertise a free trial of anti-aging cream and the products I received were not what they are advertising. it is a different product entirely. It was supposed to be a 1.00 trial, they charged my bank account 3.95 and 4.95 on 5/19/2016 and then 89.77 on 6/3/2016 and when I called the number on the bottle they told me that I missed the small print and I agreed to pay for the products they sent me (Aurora Eye Serum and Aurora Anti-aging cream) if not returned or cancelled within 14 days. Then the woman, Angela, offered me a 35% discount and said she would cancel my order and refund 31.39 in 3-5 business days. I then called the phone number on the other bottle and it was the same woman on the phone stating that now that I agreed to a 35% refund there is nothing she can do because the account is closed out.
