Type of a scam Online Purchase

After paying a fee for a kitten to a scam called royal kittens through Cashapp, the kitten was supposed to be shipped to my home. I then get a call from "Atlas Freight Global Logistics" saying that additional monies were needed for transport of the kitten. everything from proper crate to immunizations to change of ownership filing, all sounded legit. I was told these were deposits and I would get the monies returned upon delivery of the kitten. They even emailed a form showing all the monies I would be returned. I also recieved a call from some calling themselves VPI which i supposed to be an insurance company saying I needed to pay more very large sums of money to get the kitten transported. I started asking questions and then he said he worked for Atlas. I called back "Atlas" and they said they he did not work for them. That was it. And now i"m filing reports with multiple agencies to try to get my money returned.
