My Story
IN TEMPORARY FOSTER CARE; AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! If you are interested in meeting Rowdy, please contact the foster, Harrisville Working Dogs, at (801) 695-3969. OBSERVED BY TRAINER: Rowdy had been in a board and train facility since early March and is has made significant strides becoming a gentleman! He is a champ to walk on the leash, knows the sit, place and down commands and will come when called. He can co-exist around other dogs, but would do best as the only dog in the household. There has not been any issues at all with humans. He plays rough, but loves to play. Trainer is offering free Sunday social classes for two months and will also do in-home training for any local (Ogden area) adopters. OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: He’s treat motivated, but can be a little grabby when taking them from your hand. Supervision should be used if small children are around with food. He does not do well around cats. Rowdy is energetic and playful; loves to play with toys! Weighs 68 pounds.
