Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item from Final-score.com which I never received. When I called customer service to inquire I was told that they would not send a replacement item and could not provide a refund. They refused to share any information about their company. Their highest level manager’s name is Vianca and she said her boss does not take calls and she could not provide any further contact information. She proceeded to offer "compensation" as they called it which was a promotional code to buy more items from their website or instead of a replacement item that she would reorder it for me. They need to be investigated.
