I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom in Ventura, CA. I received multiple prompt emails ensuring my delivery instructions would be passed to driver, and confirmation emails detailing when the flowers were “delivered.” The business is wrongly displayed as being located in Ventura. They took my money and never delivered the flowers.
