Type of a scam Online Purchase

Beginning of April I purchased jewelry sets from Weddinfavours on Instagram. After being told the items would be completed end of April I still hadn’t received communication of the order being complete. I gave the seller a few more weeks before inquiring again. She constantly made up excuses about the items being completed/ shipped out, or almost done over the next month until I filed a Paypal case end of June. She had over a week to respond to the Paypal case and she never did. I was lucky and was able to get my money back from Paypal. However, two days after the Paypal case closed, she sent out my "items" and demanded repayment. I was going to reject the package but DHL wouldn’t take it back as parts of her address was missing on the package. She knowingly added a false address so I couldn’t reject the package unless I paid $120 to ship it back to her.

She is going by the username Weddinfavours, Florasia_India, and Florasiaindia on Instagram (she is copying the real Flosaira account) and claiming the images are hers. Please be aware of this fraud account!
