Type of a scam Online Purchase
I initially bought this product because an internet ad popped up claiming Robin Mcgraw, Dr. Phil’s wife, invented a skin care product that was getting rave reviews. I ordered it and was charged over $100 for a tiny bottle. The product doesn’t work. When I called customer service, they claim they would give me a better price. They first promised me $49.00 ,but charged me again $100. I called and they said they would give me an even better price $29.00. Again they charged me $100. I cancelled in May. I was just charged $100 today. I never even ordered the product. The rep said they have a record of my cancellation. I said I want a full refund. He offered me 50% refund, then 20% refund. I said I wanted a full refund. I still don’t have the refund. I called the credit card company and lodged a complaint of fraud. I will have to cancel my credit card to avoid them charging me again. This is unethical and unscrupulous business practice.
