A caller claiming to be Josh Parker talked to a United Power member saying her last payment wasn’t received. In the process of making another payment the member called the 800 number given to her by Josh Parker and the pre-recorded message said she had reached United Power and that all company representatives were busy helping other members and to call back. The pre-recorded message made the claim seem legitimate and the member paid the money.
